Jessica Marie Alba was born April 28, 1981 in Pomona, California. She began taking acting classes at age 12. A year later starred in the comedy Camp Nowhere, which led to several small roles in television and commercials and eventually a starring role in the television series Flipper. His big break came with a starring role in Dark Angel, for which she received a Golden Globe nomination. Other notable film roles include Never Been Kissed, Idle Hands, City Fantastic Four and Sin.
